Out-Of-Town Training Program: Our Restaurant Managers and Kitchen Managers undergo an 8-week, intensive training program before being placed at their “home” restaurant location. This training takes place in the Phoenix market, so we would put you up in a comfortable hotel and offer funds for meals at Oregano’s during your training time. This may sound like a lot of Alfredo The Dark pastas and Clark Street pizzas (yum), but we have wonderful salads and sandwiches (and we can make just about anything in our kitchens)!
