Job Duties
Line Cook Duties
- Prepare and cook high-quality food according to Oregano's standards.
- Efficiently manage assigned cooking station to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to food safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to create a seamless dining experience.
Line Cook Requirements
- High-volume line cook experience preferred.
- Valid state-issued food safety and handling certification.
- Must be at least 16 years-old and 18 years old to operate certain equipment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
